Prior to founding Block Property Group, Greg Block was an executive vice president at a leading Chicago brokerage firm for over 16 years. 

 

Over the course of Greg’s career, he has regularly been awarded by industry groups as a top broker.  Beyond his extensive real estate experience, Greg has a solid foundation in business by earning an undergraduate business degree at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from DePaul University. 

 

Greg has a vast network of clients built upon trusting relationships and referrals.  Clients quickly appreciate Greg’s honesty and integrity.

Sam joined the leadership team at Block Property Group after senior acquisition and asset management positions at real estate affiliates of Starwood, Colony, and Cerberus.  In these roles, Sam oversaw transactions valued at over $1 billion.

At Block Property Group, Sam helps clients source, acquire, reposition, manage, and sell investment properties.  Sam has a unique ability to identify value opportunities and deliver outsized returns through asset repositioning and highly efficient management.

Sam earned a business degree with honors from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is in the process of earning his masters in urban land studies from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
